Park Avenue Senior Care

A Caring Community for Elders

Park Avenue Senior Care is licensed Adult Day center in Rhode Island since 2016.  We provide a structured Adult Day Health Care Program for people 55 years and older to assist with cognitive, physical and social needs. The center opens Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Park Avenue Senior Care

PARK AVENUE SENIOR CARE, 罗得岛公园大道老人中心，成立于2016年，服务罗得岛州的华人社区。是州政府注册的日间健康护理中心。中心提供免费专车接送服务，供应免费早餐和由当地中餐馆配送的营养丰富午餐。中心配备专业的护理团队，定期为老人们体检，帮助约诊医生，接送就诊及治疗。中心还协助老人申请或延续福利保险及营养补贴等。

为丰富老人们的娱乐生活，中心提供多种娱乐活动，如台球，乒乓球，唱歌，健身舞，各种手工；麻将，象棋和扑克牌等等。逢年过节，欢声笑语庆祝各种节日。

我们的工作人员精通多种语言，包括英文，西班牙语，国语，粤语，台山话等。欢迎更多老人来中心参加活动，受惠这项服务。
